First of all, Living in Hawaii for more than 20 years since I was at college studient in Hawaii Island, I stil feel like the same I used to have.

By the influence of my uncle who's an American Japanese immigrant living in LA,

I started visiting Hawaii during early age and willing to relocate to Hawaii for longer.

I found a very cute town called Hilo and decided to move my entire life to there straight away.

The simple reasons are just I wanted to go to Hawaii for surifng, nature, etc.

By setteled in Big Island, inspired by the beautiful nature in the Island, I began start taking photos of these incredible nature all around the Island. Soon or later, I got an offer to be an official photographer for University of Hawaii at Hilo. This is the familous and really enjoyable moments of taking photos such as many school events, parformance, ceremony.

I could also travel all around the Island to take photos of nature and people at anytime.

After earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of Hawaii in HIlo, I spent most of the time working as a location coordinator, and photography & visual works related jobs in big Island of Hawaii. (including being a coordinator for film crews, assisting directors. media related works, films, documentary, commercials etc. )

In 2004, I relocated to London, U.K. and was working in the film Industries for 6 years. There were media related works, create& producing boradcast films, TV programes, and independed documentaries, etc.　In 2010, I have finally obtained a U.S permanent residency and returned to Hawaii. At the same time, and then established a small photo/film production company in Honolulu.

At present, my work is based in a humble studio in Waikiki. Lol
